1. Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge and agree to these Terms and agree to abide by them throughout your participation in the Mentorship. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Understanding and Agreement

By enrolling in our Mentorship, you confirm that you understand the nature of the services provided and agree to engage with the program accordingly. You acknowledge that the Mentorship is designed for educational and informational purposes, with no guarantee of financial results.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. By signing up for our Mentorship, you agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided. Upon enrollment, you gain access to a variety of information, resources, and materials that cannot be returned or unlearned. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, for any purchases.

4. Cancellation and Renewal Refunds Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and submitting cancellation requests before renewal. Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable, except where a refund request is submitted within five (5) days of the renewal charge and the user has not accessed or used any part of the Mentorship after the renewal date. This limited refund option applies only to recurring renewal charges and never to the initial purchase or first billing cycle.

5. Non-Financial Advice

You acknowledge that all information, guidance, and opinions provided within the Mentorship are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing within the Mentorship constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and actions. Please consult a financial advisor if you require specific financial advice.

6. User Conduct and Respectful Behavior

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and account. As a member of our community, you agree to uphold a respectful, courteous, and professional demeanor toward all members. Disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or offensive language, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

7. Right to Terminate Membership

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at our sole discretion if your behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or damaging to the brand or if you exhibit disrespect towards any of the members. Such termination will be enforced without a refund.

8. Warning and Termination Process

If we suspect that your conduct violates these Terms, you will receive a formal warning to address the issue. Should the behavior persist following this warning, your membership will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

MMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services or products is to stop using them.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Mentorship after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
